My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Kylmore Pass, although the construction of the service station opposite was a minor downside. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate special requests and always providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful scenery of Connemara and receiving helpful guidance from the staff. The dining experience was delightful, with a good variety of options and a cozy atmosphere. Overall, a great value for money with fabulous facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were a bit dated but offered lovely views of the lake and mountains. The service was particularly helpful and considerate, providing us with great tips for nearby attractions. The location is stunning, perfect for nature lovers, although compared to other hotels, it may lack some amenities. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.
